Privacy Policy
CeroPleito is owned and operated by NSTUDIOS LLC. This policy covers the CeroPleito website and mobile apps for Android and iOS. It explains information used for the scorekeeper, advertising, updates, support and optional website and invitation-link measurement. We do not sell personal information.
Contact and support information
We receive the name and email address you submit, plus optional organization, city, role, interests, workflow details or notes in the relevant CeroPleito lead form. We use these details to respond, send requested updates, understand tournament demand and coordinate conversations. We may keep a private lead register with the contact, source page, consent, response and contact preferences. To stop outreach, reply “do not contact” or write to [email protected].
Optional website measurement
When analytics is enabled, the website asks before measuring page visits, store-button clicks, organizer contact actions, successful lead handoffs and confirmations of tournament interest signups. Accepting enables pseudonymous browser events; declining does not prevent viewing the site or downloading the app. You can change the choice through Analytics preferences. The choice is stored on your device; invitation attribution, when accepted, is kept for the browser tab. We respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Invitation links
Some invitations contain a random link reference associated with a message in our private register. When link-request measurement is enabled, following that link may record a timestamp, its destination, pseudonymous contact/message/campaign references and a coarse automation classification. This separate request measurement can occur before the optional browser-analytics choice. A saved refusal or supported privacy signal disables it. The reference does not contain your email address.
A request can come from email security software or somebody who received a forwarded link. It does not establish that the original recipient read an email, installed an app or booked a meeting. We do not use email-open pixels, session recordings or automatic identity merging in this outreach flow.
Service providers and technical data
We use Cloudflare to serve the website and route requests. For the mobile apps, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), PostHog and Sentry receive the information described below to provide advertising, product measurement, crash reporting and support. PostHog receives selected website and app events, while Sentry receives diagnostics and explicitly submitted feedback. Google Sheets receives a private website lead summary. The outreach event payload excludes email addresses, names, raw invitation tokens, full URLs and raw user-agent strings. Infrastructure may still process request metadata, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure these services. App screenshots are served by this website. Official store badges load from their providers, which receive the associated image requests.
Mobile app analytics and support
The scorekeeper stores match scores, team names, settings and history locally on the device; these gameplay records are not sent to our servers as part of normal scoring. When production monitoring is enabled, the Android and iOS apps send limited, pseudonymous lifecycle and feature usage events to PostHog, such as sessions, game progress and ad placement outcomes. These events do not include names, email addresses, team names, exact scores, game or series IDs, routes, feedback text, database content or secrets. The analytics identity is temporary and is not a user account.
If the app reports a crash or performance problem, Sentry may receive crash logs and technical diagnostics. If you explicitly send feedback from Settings, Sentry receives the description, app and release diagnostics, and any name or email address you choose to provide. Closing or cancelling the form does not send it; blank optional fields are omitted.
Mobile advertising
The mobile apps include Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) banners and interstitials. When an eligible ad request is made and consent and platform settings allow it, AdMob may collect and share an IP address, ad or app interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and device identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID, App Set ID or an iOS advertising identifier where available. These data support ad delivery, advertising measurement and fraud prevention, and are encrypted in transit by the provider. Ad requests are gated by the app's consent flow and remote placement configuration; turning a placement off does not change the SDK disclosure for a build that includes AdMob.
Retention and requests
Invitation attribution expires with its configured campaign period. Contact records and previously recorded events are managed separately; expiration of a link does not itself delete those records. Mobile gameplay records remain on the device until you delete them, clear app storage or uninstall the app. Provider retention follows the respective service settings and policies. Contact [email protected] to ask about information associated with you, request deletion, or stop further contact.
App data
CeroPleito is designed as a scoring utility and does not require an account, contacts, location, purchases or social profile. A click on a store link does not automatically connect your website activity to your mobile app history. Platform privacy controls, including Android advertising-ID controls and iOS permission settings, remain available through the device operating system.
